About this space

Air conditioning/heating in all rooms. 112 m² duplex located 9 minutes walking from Chamartín station and just meters from Plaza Castilla, in the city's financial district, with excellent public transport connections to the rest of the city. The apartment has direct street access making it easily accessible. On the lower floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom and patio. On the upper floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The space

Air conditioning/heating in all rooms. Capacity for six people. Every detail has been carefully considered to make your stay perfect. On the ground floor is the living room with a sofa bed and smart TV, a full bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, pans, pots, etc. Also on the lower floor is the patio, a quiet place to enjoy a pleasant outdoor space.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds measuring 1.90x90. The apartment includes bed linen and towels.

If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib for you at no additional cost.

Services and common areas
During your stay you'll have access to the entire property, you'll enjoy the whole apartment. You can use the kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen is very well equipped. You can use everything.

The property is provided with the necessary bed linen and towels for guests. In the bathroom, you'll find hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. You don't need to bring all this in your suitcase.

Other notable aspects

Check-in time is from 3 PM onwards, although in most cases you can enter earlier or leave your luggage while they clean.

It's important not to forget the keys inside during your stay in the apartment, and especially not to leave the apartment having left the keys inside the lock, as it will block and you won't be able to enter. In these cases, a locksmith will need to come and you'll have to pay the opening fee.

At the time of your check-out/departure, please leave the keys inside the apartment on the living room table.

Check-out time is 11 AM. Our cleaning staff will arrive around 11. If you coincide with them, please let them in.
