Guest access
This apartment is rented in full and exclusively for the use of our guests, there are no common areas that are shared with other people.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT – NIGHT ACCESS

The building has two entrances.
During the day, until 9pm, the front door remains open, and at that time only the key to the apartment is required (of which an additional copy is given for added comfort).

After 9pm and during the weekends, the main access elevators are closed.
For this reason, IF the FIRST TIME THAT YOU ARRIVE at the APARTMENT IS LATER THAN 9PM OR WEEKEND it will be necessary to climb the stairs walking to the door of the accommodation, where there is a lockbox with the keys.

Therefore, it will only be necessary TO walk UP the FIRST TIME IF the ARRIVAL IS AFTER 9PM OR WEEKENDS.

KEYS AND SECURITY ACCESS

A special security key for night access is provided.
This key requires express authorization from the building president for copy, so in case of loss a penalty of €200 will be applied, due to the complex process and outside our management that involves its replacement.
Please pay special attention not to misplace it.

In addition, an additional key to the apartment is given, which is the one that is usually used during the day, as the main door is open until 9pm.

 

In compliance with local laws, a temporary lease agreement will be sent for your online signature, which establishes the motivation for the stay other than tourism. This apartment is rented by seasons and months .
