This apartment is rented in its entirety and exclusively for the use of our guests; there are no common areas shared with other people.

 

Other Notable Aspects

IMPORTANT – NIGHT ACCESS

The building has two entrances. During the day, until 9:00 PM, the main door remains open, and during this time only the apartment key is needed (an additional copy is provided for convenience).

From 9:00 PM onwards and during weekends, the elevators at the main entrance are closed. Therefore, IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME ARRIVING AT THE APARTMENT AFTER 9 PM OR ON A WEEKEND, you will need to climb the stairs to the accommodation door, where you will find a safety box with the keys.

Therefore, you will only need to walk up the stairs the FIRST TIME if your arrival is AFTER 9 PM or on WEEKENDS.

KEYS AND SAFETY ACCESS

A special security key is provided for nighttime access. This key requires express authorization from the building president for duplication, so a penalty of €200 will be applied in case of loss, due to the complex process, external to our management, involved in its replacement. Please pay special attention to avoid losing it.

In addition, an additional apartment key is provided, which is the one used habitually during the day, as the main door is open until 9:00 PM.

ROOM LAYOUT

The apartment has three bedrooms. One of them is located between the living room and the master bedroom, so access to the master bedroom requires passing through the intermediate bedroom. We recommend keeping this in mind when organizing your stay, especially if traveling in a group or family.

In compliance with local laws, a temporary rental lease agreement will be sent for online signature, where the motivation of the stay differs from tourism. This apartment is rented for seasons and months.
