We invite you to enjoy the authentic center of Madrid from this cozy retreat!

 

The space
This beautifully and cleverly decorated apartment boasts a spacious 45-square-meter living room, complete with a lovely private terrace that floods the space with natural light. Additionally, the building is situated on a quiet street, ensuring tranquility.

This apartment features an integrated climate control system that ensures your comfort in both winter and summer, providing the perfect ambiance in all areas of the home. It comprises 3 independent bedrooms, guaranteeing tranquility and a good night's rest. The kitchen has been recently renovated and is fully equipped for you to prepare your favorite recipes and enjoy them in our dining area, which accommodates up to 6 people.

 

The living room boasts a spacious and comfortable sofa next to a 40-inch smart TV that allows you to access your streaming accounts and continue enjoying your favorite TV shows and movies.

The apartment has a surface area of approximately 140 m2 and is located on the ground floor, so you won't have to climb any stairs. Furthermore, the building features an elevator for added convenience.

Two sets of keys are provided. Please take good care of them! In case of loss, a fee of €150 will be charged for issuing replacement copies.

Access is total, allowing you to enjoy all the comforts of the entire apartment, providing 100% privacy and autonomy to make you feel at home.

 

The spacious living room features a large and comfortable sofa and all modern amenities, including a 40-inch smart TV where you can access streaming platforms with your personal accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, HBO, Disney+, and many more. There's also an excellent high-speed Wi-Fi connection because we understand how important it is to stay connected.

From the living room, through a pair of glass doors, you can access the wonderful and spacious private patio with comfortable furniture, perfect for hanging out, having breakfast, or watching the sunset. The patio is adorned with beautiful natural plants that provide a connection to nature in the heart of the city.

A recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need, including a supply of sugar, salt, oil, cereal, muesli, and coffee, as well as basic utensils like pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery. There's a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and more. You can comfortably prepare your favorite recipes in this kitchen.

The dining area features a spacious table with seating for six, perfect for sharing an excellent meal with friends and family. It's also an ideal place to work.

The main bedroom is a privileged space due to its large size and design. It's located on the lower floor of the apartment, which provides extra privacy and ensures comfort and rest in a queen-size bed with a comfortable 1.50 x 1.90m memory foam mattress. It also has a large wardrobe for storage.

The secondary bedroom is spacious and functional, where you can rest on a comfortable 1.35 x 1.90m latex mattress. It has a large window that floods the room with natural light, but it also comes with electric shutters that, when closed, make the room completely dark. The bedroom also has a large wardrobe for storage.

The third bedroom is a cozy space where you can rest in two single beds that, upon the guest's request, can be converted into a double bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. There are two large windows that fill the room with plenty of natural light, and by closing their electric shutters, the space becomes completely dark. It also has a sizable wardrobe for storage.

The newly renovated main bathroom is a great space with a spacious shower and a large countertop sink for added comfort. It's equipped with hot water, a hairdryer, heating, and provided with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels.

The secondary bathroom is a modern and functional space with a wonderful shower, hot water, a hairdryer, heating, and supplied with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels.

Our main goal is to provide warmth and confidence to all our guests so they can disconnect from their routine and, at the same time, feel as comfortable as they would at home.


Other things to note
Check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out time is at 11:00. However, we are willing to be flexible based on your needs whenever possible.

Community trash bins are placed outside the apartment starting at 19:00, and the collector picks them up at midnight. We suggest emptying the trash every night to prevent insects and bad odors.

To ensure everyone's comfort, we kindly ask our guests to show respect for the neighbors and avoid excessive noise between 22:00 and 10:00. Additionally, after midnight, it is not allowed to remain in the patio, as residents of the building may have work schedules. Loud music is not permitted at any time of the day.

Two sets of keys are provided. Please take good care of them! In case of loss, a charge of €150 will be applied to issue replacement copies.

The apartment has a surface area of approximately 140 m2 and is located on the ground floor, so there is no need to climb stairs. Furthermore, the building has an elevator for your convenience.

In compliance with local laws, a temporary rental agreement will be sent to you for online signature, specifying that the purpose of the stay is other than tourism. This apartment is rented for monthly and seasonal stays.

Furthermore, it enjoys excellent transportation links, being close to Noviciado (line 2) and Tribunal (lines 10 and 1) metro stations, with the latter providing direct services to Atocha train station for the AVE (high-speed train services to Sevilla, Valencia, and Barcelona).

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you'll find everything you might need, including pharmacies, supermarkets, bazaars, and fashion shops ranging from major chains like Zara to smaller boutiques in various styles. The area itself is filled with charming restaurants, terraces, and bars where you can savor the authentic wine and tapas culture of Madrid.
