54m2 duplex located 9 minutes walk from Chamartín station and very close to Plaza Castilla station, with very good communication by public transport with the rest of the city. The apartment has direct access from the street. It consists of two floors. Downstairs there's the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. Upstairs there is a work area and the bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed and full bathroom. There is air conditioning/heating in all rooms.

The space
Important note: We have just renovated the stairs to the apartment. They are no longer spiral, but straight and much more comfortable and safe. We haven't had time to update the photos yet, but guests will find a significant improvement in the structure and comfort of the space.

Sleeps four and with air conditioning/heating in every bedroom, every last detail has been taken care of to make your stay perfect. On the ground floor is the living room with a sofa bed of 145x 200 and a smartTV, a full bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, hob, oven, pans, pans etc. Upstairs there is a very quiet work area or studio and next to this, is the bedroom with a 150x200cm double bed and another full bathroom. The apartment has linens and towels.

If you are traveling with a baby we can bring a cot for you with an additional cost of €25.

Other things to note

About the area, Plaza Castilla is an important area in northern Madrid. It's characterized by its modern architecture and relevance as a business and transport hub. Some highlights of the area include:

KIO Towers: Two imposing leaning towers known as the KIO Towers are one of the most recognizable features of Plaza Castilla. These twin towers were designed by architects Philip Johnson and John Burgee and are an iconic symbol of the area.

Transport hub: Plaza Castilla is a major transport hub in Madrid. The plaza serves as a traffic interchange and houses an intercity bus station. Additionally, Plaza Castilla metro station connects several important metro lines, facilitating access to other parts of the city.
