56m2 duplex located 9 minutes walk from Chamartin Station, a few meters from Paseo de La Castellana and Plaza Castilla station, financial area of the city, with very good public transport links to the rest of the city. The apartment has direct street access. It consists of two floors. Downstairs there is the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. Upstairs, there is a work area and the bedroom.

 

The space
We have air conditioning/heating in all rooms. Capacity for four people. Every last detail has been taken care of to make your stay perfect. On the ground floor is the living room with a sofa bed of 145x 200 and a smartTV, a full bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, pans, pan, microwave, washing machine etc. Upstairs there is a very quiet work area or study and next to it, is the bedroom with two single beds of 1.90x90. The apartment has bedding and towels.

 

If you are traveling with a baby we can bring a cot for you with an additional cost of €25.

The upstairs access stairs can be dangerous for older people as they are inclined.

About the area, a nine minute walk to Chamartín Station. Plaza Castilla is an important area in the north of Madrid. It is characterized by its modern architecture and its relevance as a center of business and transportation. Some highlights of the area include:


KIO Towers: Two imposing sloping towers known as the KIO Towers are one of the most recognizable elements of Plaza Castilla. These twin towers were designed by architects Philip Johnson and John Burgee and are an iconic symbol of the area.
