Located on the 3rd floor (the top floor of the building), just steps from Fuencarral Street, one of Madrid's liveliest streets with a wide variety of restaurants and shops, it's situated between the bohemian neighborhood of Malasaña and the lively Chueca, in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance of Gran Vía, which is the most famous and bustling commercial street.

The Space

The apartment is equipped with a split-type air conditioner for the summer and very good heating for the winter. Being located on the third and top floor provides absolute privacy, guaranteeing tranquility and rest. The kitchen area is small but fully equipped with high-end appliances where you can cook your favorite recipes. The dining area, which is shared with the living room, has a 32-inch TV where you can access your streaming accounts and continue watching your favorite series and movies.

The apartment's surface area is approximately 63m2 and is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Two sets of keys are provided. Please don't lose them! You will be charged €70 for each one if they are lost to make a replacement copy.

Access is total; you can enjoy all the comforts of the entire apartment, providing 100% intimacy and autonomy to feel at home.

The living room space has a table and a comfortable sofa. With all modern comforts: a smart TV where you can watch streaming platforms by accessing your personal account to: Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Youtube, HBO, Disney+ and many more... it also has an excellent high-speed wi-fi connection because we know how important it is to stay connected at all times.

The dining room is a beautiful 4-person glass table with comfortable chairs.

A fully equipped kitchen with appliances and everything you need, including basic utensils, a kettle, an espresso machine, a toaster, a microwave...

You can rest in a double bed with a comfortable mattress of 1.50 x 1.90m. There is also a TV in the bedroom.

All windows have a blind that, when closed, makes the space completely dark; it also has a space to store folded and/or hung clothes on hangers.

The bathroom has hot water, a hair dryer, and supplies toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels.

​

Our main objective is to give all our guests warmth and confidence so that they can disconnect from the routine while feeling as comfortable as at home.
 

Other Notable Aspects:

In compliance with local laws, a temporary rental agreement will be sent for your online signature, establishing the purpose of the stay as distinct from tourism. This apartment is rented by the day and by seasons.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. However, we are flexible and can adjust to your needs whenever possible.
