With eight balconies facing the street in Madrid’s liveliest neighborhood
This beautiful and artfully decorated apartment has a 25 square meter lounge which benefits from eight balconies providing lots of natural light and overlooking a quiet but active cobbled street. The lounge contains all modern conveniences – a video projector and 3x2m retractable screen, DVD player, music system with Iphone-MP3 support, high speed wi-fi, heating and AC in summer.
The in bedroom the double bed is a confortable latex mattress 1,60x2,00m.
The lounge also contains a sofa that can be used as a double bed.
The projector is preconfigured to display TV.
If you wish to connect a laptop or any other multimedia device, you may do so unplugging the HDMI cable from the DVD and plugin into your laptop. If you do so, please remember to leave things as they were: the cable connected to the DVD and the DVD configured to display TV.
The audio will come from your laptop. Remember to bring with you a mini Jack-RCA cable or connector if you plan to connect the laptop into the music sound system, we don´t provide the connectors sorry.
The apartment´s size is about 80m2 and is situated in a 4th floor without lift.
